Sign in does not work with Chrome browser

If you cannot sign in through the Chrome browser, it is possible that an old or invalid password is in the browser’s memory cache. The problem should be solved by clearing your browser’s history and cookies. You can also try and sign in with a different browser.

Instructions on how to clear Chrome browsing history:

  • Select “Settings” from the Chrome menu which is situated in the browser's top bar.
  • ​Select “Show advanced options” from the bottom of the page.
  • Click the “Delete browsing information” button.
  • Check “Empty your cache” and “Delete cookies and change your site and extension information”
  • Click “Delete browsing information”.
